Compensation and Benefits

NHA principals are compensated competitively with their peers in their local community. Additionally, a portion of the principal’s compensation is earned through performance-based incentives. This bonus plan mirrors the six factors for measuring school effectiveness and is calculated and awarded on an annual basis.
